May we offer some suggestions

Here is a list of some of our favorite vendors! We love having these vendors on our farm! They are familiar with the property and our couples have given us positive feedback about their service!

Caterers:

Please note: We love to list caterers that we love, but we don’t list caterers that haven’t met our expectations. Please check with us first if you are hiring a caterer that is not on our preferred list!

Beverage/Bartending Service:

If you would like to provide your own alcohol, you must go with Bittersweet Bar Service. They are insured, reasonably priced and they know our farm well!

Bittersweet Bar Service

If you would prefer a cash bar, you must hire an insured company that has the license to sell alcohol. They must provide proof of their license to sell and proof of insurance. And, just like caterers, please get prior approval from us before contracting with a bartending company so that you hire a company who meet our expectations.

Please note: There are so many choices for lodging within 20 minutes of Harmony Hill Farm. Rockland, Camden & Thomaston have plenty of hotels, motels, B & B’s, and etc. If you like house rentals, a quick search on Airbnb or VRBO will supply you with plenty of options. Towns near Warren: Waldoboro, Union, Thomaston, Rockland, Rockport, Camden, Hope, & Friendship
